Refund & withdrawal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If KaiTrader isn't right for you, email support@kaitrader.com within 30 days of your first payment and you get a full refund of that payment, processed by Paddle. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the first payment of a subscription. If your subscription starts with a free trial, a new 14-day period begins when the trial ends. EU consumers can use the withdrawal button in the Paddle customer portal; you can also contact Paddle via paddle.net. Cancel anytime in Settings under "Plan & billing", without logging in via "Cancel contracts here" in the footer, or via the link in any Paddle email. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your KaiTrader account does not cancel the subscription.
