Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the KaiTrader software provided by Black Ship Media LLC. They are separate from the purchase contract (see next section).

Subscriptions are purchased through our reseller Digistore24 GmbH, which is the merchant of record and your contract partner for the purchase. Digistore24's terms and conditions and its statutory right-of-withdrawal policy apply to the purchase and to billing; see Right of Withdrawal.

KaiTrader is a trading journal with AI-assisted review and analytics. It is a self-analysis and record-keeping tool only.

KaiTrader is NOT investment advice, does not provide trading signals or recommendations, and makes no promise of trading profits or performance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

KaiTrader Core is €29/month or €290/year; KaiTrader AI is €59/month or €590/year (gross, incl. any applicable VAT). Both plans include a 7-day trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. Prices, billing and cancellation of the paid subscription are handled by Digistore24.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break security or access controls, resell access, or upload unlawful content. One account per user; keep your credentials secure.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, Black Ship Media LLC is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using KaiTrader at any time and manage or cancel your renewable subscription via the Digistore24 customer center. Cancelling billing does not itself delete your journal; account deletion is a separate action in KaiTrader settings and requires the renewable subscription to be cancelled first. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Use of the software is governed by the laws applicable to Black Ship Media LLC; mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected. The purchase contract is governed by Digistore24's terms.
