Payment, trial & checkout, answered
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the KaiTrader AI features, and we ask for a card at checkout. You won't be charged until the trial ends, cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
- Which payment methods can I use?
- Checkout is handled by our payment provider Digistore24, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. The available methods are shown on the secure checkout page.
- How does checkout work?
- When you choose a plan you're taken to a secure checkout page hosted by Digistore24. After payment you're returned to KaiTrader and your plan is active immediately.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Unless you cancel first, your card is charged for the plan you selected (KaiTrader Core or KaiTrader AI) and your subscription continues. We'll never charge more than the price shown.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation runs through the Digistore24 customer center, reach it via "Manage billing" in your account settings or the link in your Digistore24 order confirmation. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- Yes. All prices shown, €29/month for KaiTrader Core and €59/month for KaiTrader AI, are gross prices that already include VAT.
