Account and profile data (email, name, locale, timezone); trade and trading-account data you import manually or via a broker connection; usage, device and log data; support correspondence.

Providing the trading journal and AI-assisted reviews and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); security, abuse-prevention and product improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); complying with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you request an AI trade reflection or weekly review, KaiTrader sends the journal information needed for that request to the configured AI provider. The generated text can be incomplete or inaccurate, is not investment advice, and is not used to place or execute trades.

Subscriptions are sold by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, as reseller / merchant of record. When you check out, you contract with Digistore24; it collects and processes your payment and billing data as its own controller under its own privacy policy, and issues the invoice. We receive from Digistore24 only the data needed to provision and manage your subscription (e.g. email, order and subscription status).

Hetzner Online GmbH, hosting (Germany/EU).

OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA), generates a weekly review or trade reflection when you request that AI feature.

Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), transactional email.

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, USA), error monitoring with request bodies, credentials, email/IP user fields and token-bearing URLs removed before transmission.

Umami Cloud, product-usage analytics configured to exclude URL search parameters and fragments and to respect Do Not Track.

Supportwunder, customer-support chat, loaded only after you open the support control.

FxSocket, broker trade sync, only if you connect a trading account.

Digistore24 GmbH, reseller and payment (see above).

Black Ship Media LLC is based in the USA, and some processors (including OpenAI, Sentry and Umami) are in the USA; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Application data is hosted in the EU (Hetzner).

We keep data while your account exists and delete it afterwards, subject to statutory retention periods; billing records held by Digistore24 follow Digistore24's retention.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
