Your contract is with Digistore24
When you buy a KaiTrader subscription, the contract is concluded with our reseller Digistore24 GmbH (merchant of record), not with Black Ship Media LLC. The statutory right of withdrawal therefore applies to your contract with Digistore24.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Digistore24 provides the binding right-of-withdrawal notice (Widerrufsbelehrung) during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to: Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. You can use Digistore24's customer center or the withdrawal form provided by Digistore24.
Digital content and services
For digital content/services, the right of withdrawal can lapse where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right upon full performance (§ 356 BGB); Digistore24 obtains this consent at checkout.
