Right of Withdrawal

When you buy a KaiTrader subscription, the contract is concluded with the Digistore24 reseller identified at checkout (merchant of record), not with Black Ship Media LLC. The statutory right of withdrawal therefore applies to your contract with Digistore24.

English-language consumer purchases of KaiTrader include a 60-day return period through Digistore24. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Digistore24 provides the applicable withdrawal notice and the start of your return period at checkout and in your order confirmation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to: the Digistore24 reseller identified on your order confirmation. Use the Digistore24 customer center or the withdrawal instructions and form in your Digistore24 order confirmation; KaiTrader's in-app account deletion is not a substitute for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

The withdrawal notice supplied by your Digistore24 reseller explains the conditions that apply to your purchase and immediate access. Our 60-day return policy for English-language consumer purchases does not limit your statutory rights.
